How quickly can I generate policies?+
Practice Pilot can generate a fully bespoke, CQC-ready policy in under 5 minutes. Simply select the policy type, answer a few questions about your practice, and the system generates a complete document built from current NHS and CQC guidance.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. Practice Pilot uses NHS-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our servers are UK-based, and we are fully GDPR compliant. We hold Cyber Essentials certification and follow ISO 27001 standards.
Can multiple staff members use the platform?+
Yes. Practice Pilot is designed for teams. You can add staff members, assign tasks, and track who has read and acknowledged policies. Role-based permissions ensure each team member sees only what’s relevant to them.
